Delivery
All canvas prints and Custom Pet Keepsakes include free UK tracked delivery, gift wrapped where noted. Everything is posted from Janet's studio in Queensbury, on the edge of Bradford.

All prices include free UK tracked delivery. Custom Pet Keepsakes are £75 (A4) or £105 (A3), also with free UK tracked delivery. Delivery costs and timescales for international orders, and for original paintings, are confirmed with Janet directly before you order. Changing your mind
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind about a print, canvas or cushion bought from the shop. Let Janet know within those 14 days, then return it unused and in its original packaging within a further 14 days. You'll be refunded within 14 days of it arriving back with her. Return postage is yours to cover unless the item arrived damaged or wasn't what you ordered.
Original paintings, commissions and keepsakes
Custom Pet Keepsakes, and anything painted specifically for you, are made to order, so the right to change your mind within 14 days does not apply once Janet has started the piece, the law makes this exception for personalised items, for the obvious reason that nobody else can buy a painting of your own pet. If you need to cancel before work has started, get in touch and you'll be refunded in full.
If something arrives damaged
Email a photo to hello@jjsartcellar.co.uk within 48 hours of it arriving and Janet will sort it: repaired, replaced where possible, or refunded in full including postage.
Your legal rights
Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
