What we collect

When you place an order, send a commission or Pet Keepsake enquiry, upload a photo, or join the mailing list, we collect: your name, email address, and postal address; phone number if you give us one; details of what you've ordered or asked about; and any photos you upload for a keepsake or photo print.

How we use it

We use your details only to fulfil your order, respond to your enquiry, and, if you've asked to hear from us, to send occasional email updates about new work. We never sell or pass your details to anyone else. Photos you upload are used only to create the piece you've ordered.

Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details ourselves.

How long we keep it

We keep order and enquiry records for as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet our legal and accounting obligations, typically no longer than six years. Uploaded photos are kept only for as long as needed to complete your order.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@jjsartcellar.co.uk. We'll respond within one month.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies needed to keep your basket working and to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
