Who you're buying from

JJs Art Online is Janet, trading from her studio in Queensbury, on the edge of Bradford, West Yorkshire. You can reach us any time at hello@jjsartcellar.co.uk.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are correct at the time of publishing. Payment is taken securely through Stripe at checkout. For commissions, Custom Pet Keepsakes, and photo prints requested through Upload Your Photo, we send you a request rather than take payment immediately. Janet confirms final pricing before anything is charged.

Commissions and keepsakes

A 50% deposit reserves your place for a commission. This deposit is non-refundable once Janet has started painting, but is refunded in full if you cancel beforehand. Progress photos are shared at key stages so you can ask for changes before the piece is finished.

Copyright

Janet retains copyright and reproduction rights over all artwork, including commissions and keepsakes. Buying a piece, print or keepsake gives you ownership of the physical item itself, not the right to reproduce the image.

Your photos

When you upload a photo for a Pet Keepsake or a photo print, you confirm it's yours to share and that you have permission to use it, and you give us permission to use it solely to create your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
